A curated 4-session series designed to support deeper development. Ideal for building strength, exploring mobility, refining transitions or creating a grounding weekly ritual.
£220 for 4 sessions (£55 per session)
Includes: weekly or fortnightly sessions/optional home sequences/integration notes + ongoing support.
